    Following a bit of a protest about how the £30k was going to be used (chucked into the general coffers that is) PFC invited fans to suggest other ways to spend the money.

    So it looks as though the funds are going to be used for a statue after all:

    If we have a Statue at Fratton Park it can only really be of Jimmy Dickinson or Alan Knight.

    Have you read the News this morning? I was only joking with the photo (courtesy of notbalramchanrai on twitter) but it appears that lots of our "friends" from down the other end of the M27 have been voting - and caught out by Npower - for the statue. You'd think they'd have better things to do with their time!

    No Pompey fan wants a statue - crazy idea to even suggest it.
