Sky has just announced that they plan to offer films and sport over the net, hope they plan to stream football games as well. It's going to be an interesting one if they do. Can have the entire season to play whenever you want to. http://www.bbc.co.uk/news/technology-17458199
Interesting i hope it takes off and Sky get some legitimate competition. As i would prefer to buy of anyone over Murdoch,i think its the way foreward though
Well I think that Murdoch and co deserve the criticism for a lot of things, but they own less than 40% of sky tv so it means the rest is mostly owned by the humble shareholders like you and I. Without their investment into sport it would be a very different picture today. As I said on another thread money has ruined football, and there is blame to be laid at certain peoples doors. But is that sky's fault ? Did the mismanagement of football at board level be blamed on Sky ? Think football clubs ceding to the demands of football players without thought is largely to blame. Sorry for going on, on this subject of NowTV I hope it is a sign of things to come, I would be prepared to pay for the service this looks like its going to offer, live streams of football would be great, I can only get to about 5 or 6 away games so a pay per view of the rest would be good.
Your not going on mate, to be honest i like Sky i just hate Murdoch and will knock him at any given oppurtunity lol
