The decision to change the manager, who the players respected and would spill blood for, looks like it may well cost Newcastle their premier league place.Surely mid table and a solid base for the season after would have been a resounding success, which seemed perfectly achievable under Hughton. Hughton may not be a clough or a shankly but neither has Pardew ever been and unless a mourinho had become available then a manager the players liked and wanted to play for should have been cherished by the board . Hope you manage to survive and get a fit and proper owner as the premier league needs Newcastle far more than the likes of Wigan .
