To add to the pain of Remy's red card and subsequent failed appeal, the club have now been charged with failing to control our players (along with Norwich).

Newcastle United and Norwich City have been charged by the FA for failing to ensure their players conducted themselves in an orderly fashion and/or refrained from provocative behaviour.
The charge relates to an incident in or around the 82nd minute of their Barclays Premier League match at Carrow Road on Tuesday, 28th January.
The clubs have until 6pm on Wednesday, 5th February, to respond to the charge.

Not sure, but don't we have a suspended punishment for this still hanging over our heads if it happened again, or has that now passed a time limit?

Think it's a fine. Have Millwall and Sheff Wed been charged, was a worse fight there on Tuesday.
