Hoppers, i like both formations and think you have to be able to adapt and have a plan B!!
I think most games we should start 4-3-1-2 but if for some reason that aint working, we need to be willing to change formation and i think 3-5-2 would suit us. Using Mings and Parr as wide men, with 3 from Bish, Bru, Skuse, Hyam and Tabb in the middle.
I must admit, what i have seen of Clarke also impresses me and i dont think Mick would have any probs throwing him in!!

Parr should be a guaranteed starter for me! Good going both ways, feel sorry for the lad.

Problem is Westy that unless MM changes our formation that would mean dropping one of, Chambers, Smith or Mings....he clearly does not seem to keen on doing any of those.!

No he seems to like them three with Chambers at RB - it's more solid.

I'd for sure drop Smith and put Parr at RB. Far more balanced. Berra + Chambers are better cbs than Tommy, and Parr is a better full back than Chambers so for me it's a no brainer. Parr is quality in my opinion. Spanish is right, I was a bit gutted Mings going straight back in!
