...Does that mean we won't hear of any transfer activity while Sam is away or worse still when he comes back will he still be our Manager.

    Worrying times indeed.

Sam said he wants quality instead of quantity and is being patient waiting for those players.

Looks like we have a lot of the development squad on the plane.

Not including Pickford & Watmore I think Sam is taking 5 kids with him.

Martin Bain sorts out the transfers, not Sam Allardyce. We could and probably will, see one or two new players coming in while the team are away on pre-season.

I certainly wouldn't sit and worry about something that is out of your control. Life is to short, my friend <ok>

It's ok, they have a specialist long established airline.
Past customers include Buddy Holly, Glenn Miller, Man. United......

    Hilarious.

For your next trick, why don't you cut your own head off?

Anyway, been looking at the ticket site for the Dortmund game. Less than 3 hours drive for me.
SAFC.com states that 2 sections have been "assigned" to Sunderland fans, a standing area and the worst seated area (right in a corner). Thing is the ticket sales are through the local Austrian club, so no limit on where I can buy tickets.
Anyone any experience of this, i.e. likely to get any issues getting into the ground?

I wouldn't imagine any issues with Dortmund fans for a friendly.

German fans are usually pretty welcoming, in my admittedly limited experience.

We went to Hamburg, as neutrals of course, and we didn't buy a beer all day! Well a couple but you know...

They are in the airport lounge waiting to get on the plane
What do you expect them to be doing - downing 5 pints of Stella?
