please log in to view this image Hey fellow Gasheads was thinking of some new threads that we haven't had before and whilst reading the OS Forum I noticed they have a goal of the month and young player of the month thread so I thought we should have a player of the month thread and poll. Recently performances haven't been great but there have been some excellent individual performances by players so I've picked out five of the best players from the last three weeks or so. Note though I haven't been able to go to games as I'm on sick from work so I'm going by what I've heard on the radio and the newspapers I've read but I have selected the one's who other Gasheads have mentioned as playing well or man of the match performances. Five players will be selected for the poll each month. You have until 11:19am on Friday so get voting.
Eaves for me too. Etheridge for me a close 2nd place. H made some truely fantastic saves. But made some errors as well so Eaves shades if for me.
Eaves! Simples.....he's a striker who score goals - we haven't got any others that do that! Clarky would come second as he's honest, has a bit of class and also knows where the net is.
Eaves and Etheridge (both loanees) head and shoulders above the rest. Eaves just shades it for me. Tremendous workrate, good touch, not afraid to shoot and good attitude.
