    right. this really matters now.

do we drop gakpo for danns?

    kelleher
    Bradley konate vvd Robertson
    szoboszlai endo macca
    salah nunez diaz

if salah is not fit then gakpo
if szobo is not fit then Elliott
if nunez not fit then danns
    if Bradley tired then gomez.

it's very hard to know where we are at but I think those big three should be back and endo will be fine.

    we need these 3 points.

Not sure how you saw Jinx material in what I said anyway. :emoticon-0138-think
It's not like I said something stupid like "we're going to smash 'em".

lets have a look where forest are at.

    Last night 0-1 v utd

    Turner
    Williams Felipe Murillo Toffolo
    Yates Danilo
    Origi Gibbs white elanga
    Awoniyi
    Weekend 2-4 v villa away

    Sels
    Williams Felipe Murillo Niakhate
    Danilo Dominquez
    Hudson odoi Gibbs white Elanga
    Awoniyi

Prior weekend 2-0 v west ham at home (red card for west sham)

    Sels
    Williams Felipe Murillo Tavares
    Danilo Dominquez
    Hudson odoi Gibbs white Elanga
    Awoniyi

My understanding is they are not bad going forward but can't defend worth a damn

Theres talent there that can score off us.

Its about how we defend and then hwta danger we can pose to them. 3 different LBs in 3 games!

All joking aside, we can't take anything for granted, even Nottm, not while we have so many injuries. The kids have been great and looks like the future with them could be rosy, but, unrealistic to expect too much from them and last thing we want is for them to start picking up injuries now at their crucial young ages.

Even if players start filtering back into the team now, we still need to concede that they may not be 100% sharp immediately back from injury.

No disrespect to Forest, no one is a pushover in the league; but, we're lucky we're playing someone near the bottom of the table instead of near the top of the table this weekend. After first team being out and the kids being stretched with cup games, it might be a poorer performance for us. Hopefully we won't be having too much of a hangover and hopefully we'll be good enough to beat them.

Who’s back in the squad for this? Could do with some forwards and midfield first team players reporting for duty!

I expect endo. I am expecting szoboszlai after the talk. If nunez isn't fit its a joke tbh. Salah is hard to say.

All others are after internationals so after city game.

Gravenberch( i doubt he will be rushed for the games before the international but is marked for the city came maybe)
    jones (as above)

    Trent end march
    alisson end march

    Jota is end of april
Again nobody cares about bajcetic or thaigo as they won't play a part this season.
    Matip is out for good.

My guesses at the team are still

    Kelleher
    Bradely Konate Vvd robertson
    Szobo Endo Macca
    Salah nunez diaz

Gakpo, elliott, gomez, tsimikas as the main bench options with some kids like quansah, clark, danns

I'd expect a bit of rotation away in the europa with the same 11 starting v city if they stay fit.

    Our sequence is

    Forest (a) must win
Sparta (a) draw would do but any win
    City (h) must not lose
    sparta (h) finish the job
    Utd (a) **** it.

    International break

For me the two league games are sacrosanct right now with hopefully enough of a reserve team to keep us in the europa and then a final effort away to man utd who have absolutely nothing else to play for.

5 games in 15 days to define the rest of the season IMO

Difficult decision on which players to bring back in following injury and given the tough schedule ahead. Endo and Sbozo will add a lot to midfield if fit. Nunes is always a handful. But the great showing of the young lads at the weekend and last night gives us options, so much to be positive about

Endo And Szobo would be a great return. If we get the midfield secure, we can weather through.

Game every 3 days. We need more players or we’ll be gassed before game 3. Kids will have to play a big, big part in it all.
