Tough game tonight away at in-form Forest. We have no McGoldrick and Carlos is an injury doubt so JET might get a start after his good performance on Saturday.

Henderson, Stearman, Chambers, Smith (c), Cresswell, N'Daw, Hyam, JET, Martin, Murphy, Chopra

We have only ever won 6 games at Forest and I will be hoping for a decent point to add to the total.

    1-1 Draw

    Chopra

N'Daw hasn't had the best few games but we definately need his ability in breaking up play for tonight over his lack of any creativity. I just hope that he can improve his passing as that is the main thing that has let him down. I would have brought in Drury for N'Daw but I realise that Mick's strategy is to keep us solid at the back so it will be a backs to the wall job tonight. I hope the travelling Town contingent have an enjoyabe night and roar on the boys!

I think we may frustrate them and grind out another boring 0-0. With no Carlos (probably) and McGoldrick, it will be interesting to see who MM prefers. I reckon Murphy will come in for McGoldrick, although i'd like to see Nouble unleashed, and i can't see anyone other than JET replacing Carlos - lets hope he pulls his finger out and impresses the manager.
After all the furore at the beginning of the season when we had an abundance of midfielders, we seem to to now struggle for a ready made replacement. As much as i like Drury, he doesn't seem to be up to this standard anymore. I would also like to see some of the youth given a run out, especially Lawrence, who i think will be a star player for us one day.

I'm going for a 1-1 with Murphy scoring, which would be a great result. I'd like to see Murphy come in and played wide left with JET uptop with Chopra and Martin moved to the right. I'd also like to see Drury come into the middle but I doubt that will happen.

I'd imagine it'll be pretty much the same team with Murphy coming in for McGoldrick and if Edwards isn't fit (sorry to say I'm hoping) JET will come in on the right!!

<laugh> I have to agree I'd be quite happy with a point. There's certainly something in this game for us but not sure how we'll approach it, do I reckon we'll be on the receiving end of a 1-0 this time out

Apparently JET is ill so Martin is on the right and Drury on the left so lineup is

    Hendo
    Stearman, Chambers, Smith, Cresswell
    Drury, Hyam, N'Daw, Martin
    Murphy, Chopra

I think 1-1, chops to score

edit: the subs are Loach, Hewitt, Mings, Kisnorbo, Brown, Nouble, Mclean

Reece Brown in the squad for the first time since joining on loan from Man U

So no Edwards and no JET.... chance to stake a claim in the team for Drury but also highlights our inadequacy in terms of genuine strength in depth particularly going forward

Have just seen on the BBC that forest are without many defenders and as we are a bit limp up front may well be a case of trying to hold on for a no goal game on the road, again, only this time I would be happy with a point against an inform team.

I don't think Mick could've done much more tbh, not many options. Although I think although I've always said I'd prefer Martin on the right, I think I'd prefer Drury on the right this time around because his delivery is much better and we've go Cresswell on the left who can deliver a decent cross!!

So.... Lee Martin has been sent off. I'd happily have taken a stale and boring 0-0 before kick off... now I'd bite your bloody arm off for a clean sheet!
