Adil came on belatedly showed how to cross the ball which Rusyn should have burried but mis timed his jump. but it was a good workout and a fair result thanks to a last minute save by Patto.
Saw the last half hour. Really enjoyed it just a friendly but like the way we approached it definitely moving the ball faster and looking forward Will be interesting to see how we cope when things get a bit more physical but early days like what RLB is doing
I cant honestly remember seeing Robert's doing anything of note. Unfortunately we're seeing the other side to him now why he has never managed to stay at a club longer than 1 season before us.
What I like most about what I’ve seen so far is it seems RLB is trying to evolve our style of play rather than completely change it. Seems like a good fit in that regard.
Was happy with that. Thought we looked solid. Need a couple of additions to add some physical presence but good in and out of possession.
I’m very interested to see how Hjelde goes. He looked very good tonight. I’m convinced that Seelt is a top end champ centre half. The question is can we stretch it till he’s back? Ballard being out doesn’t help at all, but if tonight from LH is the norm I’d probably be rolling the dice.
I'm getting old and senile and work shìtty 12 hour shifts so lose track of days mate. Although I'm off for six weeks so work isn't an excuse. Drinking in the sun is though Looking forward to the new season though and hopefully get to some games. New kit looks great, my lads all over it. Think he's bought home, away and a hoodie.
