I'm going to ignore the incompetence that has allowed charity games to be played at Loftus Road in May and then the new pitch not being ready for the new season (others may not be so kind...). But it has undoubtedly resulted in the toughest possible start for a club that already has a mountain to climb. Of the first five league fixtures four are now away to Watford, Cardiff, Southampton and Middlesbrough. Let's hope it doesn't shatter confidence before we even get out of August.

Thanks for posting this, I can't be bothered with the official website (not enough pointless arguments and swearing for my liking) so wouldn't have spotted it.
