Football Clubs always go on about we need the money from the fans, and ask us to buy season tickets. Is it worth it? If our club sold 10,000 tickets at the maximum price of 400 pounds thats four milllion quid The wage bill is far in excess of that. The club don't need Fans like they use too, when you take into account shirt sales advertising sponsorship and TV deals etc. The football is garbage,at least if you pay a similar amount for your favourite pop group, at least you get entertained and go home happy. Think carefully about buying a season ticket for next season. See you all at the remaining away games for this season.
City till I die, I know I am, I'm stuck I am, I'm city till I die. At least next season (if we go down): City should win more games. They'll be more local games with rivals, therefore a good atmosphere. The ticket prices will be cheaper. You'll be able to get out the ground quicker. Even though we are ****e, I still look forward to Saturdays and seeing city play at Ashton Gate. Come on you reds!!
The Eastend is being demolished and further space being lost in the Atyeo. If you put football into a social context, rather than being a results fan a way of ensuring your space with your mates will be that season ticket. If my attendance was based on results I would have given up around 1982.
