About 5 seconds after we were out, the pizza shop let off the second and third illegal firework [ did one after they equalised ] I had my window top vent open and the shock wave not only rattled stuff outside the air came through my window with a force that blew a sheet of paper off my top shelf!!!!!!

but hey ho we lost they won ……. but not my gripe!

RACISM in any form should be BANNED and very severely punished. ESPECIALLY after the abuse that followed last night...………

LETS take the knee issue … in the first month [or so] it was like the rallying point … I fully supported it. It then got hi jacked by the BLM political extremists, using it as a banner / excuse for their existence. Its powerful MESSAGE started to evaporate as its attachment to political gain / extremism took over.
I am fortunate to know and have friends with many races and cultures around the world … for months now they see the "knee" as past its sell by date [ not all but some ]. Of more concern to them is the way representations are shown via advertising …. as exposure has quadrupled or more and "advertising plots" have often become demeaning! At the start of the game it now seems to be meaningless [ some players / teams have stopped it ]
when the camera flash's a few faces they seem to portray a non chalance.

Race abuse via media ….. this is definetly something that now needs to be heavily condemned... I know you will say it is, but what is the deterrent a slap on the wrist if caught [ at all] . NO I am not into faceache /twatter/ instantpoogram/ or whatever form communication as a replacement for face to face contact there is.
the platform owners must know or there must be links to track the perpetrators.. when found prosecution should be automatically punished by a minimum of 4 weeks in prison so sentence needs to be 2 -3 months, and platforms ban them for 5 years.
" don't grass on your mates" well that should be rewarded if you do. WE mostly I suspect keep stum about certain things, however this is an evil that needs to be beaten.

We pretty much all know that ALL LIVES MATTER so why orchestrate for just one race or creed. We have highlighted the wrong done to various individuals in the USA, so now LETS ALL MATTER and look to protect all of us around the world without pointing a finger.

The winner was show the red card, it was working!? it got usurped toward one race, lets SHOW THE RED CARD to all racism not only in football but to all sports races colours and creeds

just caught up on news.. didn't realise it was so serious [ number of cases ] one commentator said as many as 10k over 4 or 5 platforms …..
discussion with friends … perps should be banned from football for 10 years / life with a suspended prison sentence should they attend a game in that time, of 6 month's or longer.

This is a 2 edged sword, A LOT OF PEOPLE who are unlikely to be the texters do not like the knee at start of the game, so players must learn that when they have made an effort to support something BLM/ death of George in that way it has more meaning as a initial period of say a month / then on or near anniversary than an ongoing ritual. WE will never know how the start of the game affected a few unlikely to abuse players actually fell into the trap of doing so!

my wife and neighbour who are football supporters never watched the game and never get wound up with anything football .... are livid with these mindless morons ………..

saw Boris's comment, and being a supporter of Boris I found it rather tame. Maybe etiquette dictates he cant say a lot as something may be in the pot to fight this...………..

If the social media platforms insisted on people registering their details with them then none of this would exist as people would be identified, called out, heavily fined, banned and possibly even imprisoned.

Given England scored so early, it was always going to be an uphill battle to contain what was clearly a better side. Heard plenty of fireworks after the match, but didn't hear the ones for their equaliser.
People are saying this is just the start for this England squad, but I can't see us doing anything in the severe heat of Qatar in next years World Cup. I would expect the central and South American teams to do ok, as well as African ones, simply in that they will be more used to the heat.
