Hello Forum, I acquired a 1/4 size Formula 1 car at an Awards Night. It's an LG branded car which I believe was part of their recently expired sponsorship. It's over a metre in length in immaculate condition and comes with it's own presentation display case. I have no idea what to do with it or it's value. Can anyone help? Cheers
*laughs* That's superb! Shame it's an LG promo car, otherwise you'd be in for a tidy sum I imagine. Either mail it to me and I can make it a fabulous desk ornament or post some pics and see if you get any offers. Failing that... Whack it on eBay.
What does the plaque at the front say? If it's got anything about how produced it, that might help find what they sell for. A brief look online seems to suggest large plastic f1 cars can go for as little as £150, or as much as £11k, although the top end ones appear to be more detailed, more unique and have a team livery on them. Based on a picture it's hard to narrow it down further!
Ideally sell it Smithers. 'Aspect modelling' made it for LGs sponsorship - but they're know how much it's worth as it was part of a bigger package of models that they produced for the sponsorship. I'll attach some more pics tomorrow (just need to compress the size of jpegs first) Thanks all
