Cheers John, lost the will of posting after the scrapping of stickie posting etc resulting in the demise of the comps we ran. A right let down for the amount of work involved.
well happy new year my friend, I was on the brink of packing it in, in fact took me 3 days longer to decide to stick with it ..no pun ..
Still peeking in from my ship out here in mid-atlantic and although the perch has rocked a little after my departure I hope we can stay in the hunt for a playoff spot. Wi-fi out here is weak at best and I must confess I was expecting more from the transfer window than we have had but does anybody think we could sign a blockbuster? The comment about our higher profile after the Carabao Cup ventures might have given us a better chance of picking up some tasty treats but time alone will tell I suppose. Promotion challenge still a possibility, or have we been found out by the other contenders?
I think it's the wrong time of year for a 'blockbuster' Mike but we need something and quick to buck our fortunes.
