Not sure if this might be better suited on the "History" thread but I'm sure the mods can sort that out if needed. It's just a shameless plug for my 'Not All Ticket' blog, recently revived after laying dormant for a couple of years. Probably of more interest to fellow "sad old soaks" like me who love to wallow in Hull City's (and the city of Hull's) less than glorious past (in this case the period 1975-1995-ish) but with plenty of relevance to today's events where required.

Anyway, have a read, see what you think and all feedback is welcome - I'm a big boy now I can take a bit of criticism... http://slush2easington.blogspot.co.uk/

    Very good read.
I shagged one of the hairdressers out of Classic.
There's a load of badges from Syd Scarbs on eBay for sale. Specials all stuff like that

Good read. Used to get the bus from 'Wiv' for City matches before I got a car. Those were the days when despite the likes of Martin Fish and Terry Dolan city was a given. Probably the lack of fans and the shoddy surroundings that kept the hardy core galvanised.

There's loads of Syd Scarbs branded clothes in a window in Prinny Quay. Anyone know if they're for sale?
    Look quite cool

Weren't they being used solely as a lead-in to the Exhibition when it was on? Or are they still on display?

Yeah, that would tie-in with when the Exhibition ended I think.

Funny thing was in those days although there was only a relative few everyone, despite what was happening, still felt a connection to the team and the club. Now that has gone to a large extent. A lot bigger crowds but a lot of them are spectators rather than supporters and for others after all that has happened they no longer feel it is their club or their team in the same way.

    Cheers
That's a shame, I wondered at the time if a retro range had been produced

I don't think that feeling is specific to our club Castro.

I aren't bothered about other clubs, Chazz, to be honest.
