Its been a terrible start to the season but i'm hoping that the southampton result will act as a kick up the arse or if you prefer a reality check. Everyone knows we need at least 1 CB preferably 2 i'm sure that will be addressed asap. Although i think the team still needs some time to get to know one another conceding 5 at home is never good enough, that said we have plenty of time to forget this result. I also think that the reason that PJ has been reluctant to play 4-4-2 is that he does not think he has a player to suit Chopper in that role i know he brought in the Duke but i think he is to be utilised more from the bench. I still think PJ is the right man for the job.
Thats all very well Weighty but PJ hasn't got a beard for one thing! Personally I'm sick and tired of all this time to gel bollocks! I thought we were employing footballers not ****ing hair stylists!
That is a flaw JWM i know but what manager has got a beard??? When i say the team needs time i still think that they should be capable of playing good football but as time goes on they should get better and better as a team.
Watching the goals on tv i must say that your defence looked awful,dare i say even worse than last season.
