most sides go through us like butter in midfield, the full back selections are a joke , every part of the side should have cover of equal ability or close to it. how have we improved , if mo is set in his cautious style he should have signed a working type of player instead of a light weight like johnson, how often does he beat his man and deliver a telling cross, goes inside nearly every time, his signing did not excite me as oneils appointment did not either. a premier side who cannot field a proper full back left and right hand side, for most of this season is that good management . hutton and bridge not wanted or could not afford both playing for championship sides who can afford them strange. no player ready for the step up to the first team within our club if not heaven help us, we hope to get rose who is doing a job for us , what if spurs keep him,if he comes , same again where is the cove if injured not to mention the other full back slot For a club like ours to be so devoid of players of quality who do you hold responsible,
We have a very decent full back at the club who for the last 2-3 seasons has been one of our most consistent players , why Bardsley isn't getting a game at the minute ( does well both right or left) only MON knows
The Bardo situation is a strange one. I'd love to know why he's not playing? We've got our best central attacking midfielder as our 1st choice right back. It's a joke! I think Marty should have tried his best to bring a right back in in Jan. it would be like signing 2 players cause we'd have Gardner back in midfield.
