While there has been much debate over the fortunes of our and other teams this coming season, how has the closed season been for not 606 ers? We seem to have had a good transfer rate from 606 with new faces in the mix, but how have others faired? Just done a trawl of other boards and with 1 or 2 exceptions seem quite disappointing. The relegated clubs seem very quiet as do some of our usual rivals. The Forrest board is like a morgue with the Wurzels board not much better. How will the wumming season fare?
CCFC When does the WUMing season open? I see we have had a few poachers on here already. Not to worry though, a bit of sport will help our pre-season training.
Sometimes it seems like its only us and the jacks on these boards, perhaps its because we have the best rivalry going. Don't know if it will get a bit better when we kick off the season, lots on holiday this time of year. Seem to remember a summer on the old 606 where the wurzels , weeds and jacks (along with us)were the most prevalent.
Perhaps we have just destroyed all the opposition I dare say a few will raise their heads just before our fixtures with them, but we can still continue with our pre-season unfriendlies to make sure we are in tip top condition to repel boarders

Or perhaps you are seeing an unsuccesful season for us as being good. To quote my old mate Albert "all things are relative". So what is good for the bad could be perceived to be bad for the bad, good for the good or even bad for the good......depending on how you look at it. Anyway, whatever you meant......the sentiment is returned.

Speaking of old duffers transferring from 606, hello clingo. Other than 'we're in the premiership, you're not' from our cousins up the M4, there is very little wumming from oposition. COME ON, LET'S BE AVIN YOU! Doh, she's in the premiership as well.

I say live and let live. The only folk I don't like are the extremists, they can all knob off as far as I am concerned. I have gay & lesbian friends, still can't get a 3 way with the lovely lesbians I am good friends with a Ghanian, lots of Germans, a Hungarian couple and loads of others too numerous to mention. I don't care if any of their views differ from mine as long as they respect my views and I will respect theirs in turn.
