Norwich find themselves 5 points clear at the top in no small part due to the 24 goals scored by Teemu Pukki. They have won their last 7 games, after a 3-1 defeat by Preston on 13th February. We, on the other hand, have been pretty poor of late, and I know that is putting in mildly. We've lost 3 and drawn 2 of our last 5 games, with our last win being a 1-0 victory over Leeds at the end of February. With Mclaren gone we can only hope that things will improve, and hopefully Eustace can sort things out and get the few points we need to stop any late scares coming along. From the official; Can the R’s dent Norwich’s promotion push? JOHN Eustace could have hardly asked for a more challenging task for his first match in interim charge of QPR as the R’s take on table topping Norwich at Carrow Road live on Sky Sports. It’s been a challenging week in W12 with the club deciding to relieve manager Steve McClaren of his duties following a poor run of form in 2019. That means Eustace will temporarily take charge of a Rangers side lacking in confidence and needing a change of fortune for the seven remaining games of the campaign. In contrast Norwich are enjoying a memorable season, which looks more than likely to end in promotion to the Premier League. The Canaries had a slow start to the campaign but their form in recent months has been excellent and Daniel Farke’s side now find themselves with a seven point gap to third place. It’s been over ten years since the R’s last won in Norfolk and recent trips to that part of the country have not been kind including a 4-0 defeat back in 2017. Can Eustace and his side find a way to get something from a tough away fixture
Can't we just give them a bye and save ourselves for the home games?! Just the sort of crazy time when we could get a point here. Let's try not to humiliate ourselves at least.
Oh Misery.... We could have done with VAR that day as well for their 3rd goal.....not even in the same postcode
Let’s hope this is payback we beat them and they miss out on promotion or winning the league by one point
Apparently we've sold 1300 tickets for game......not bad given early kick off, crap form and playing potential title winners so a good old fashioned tonking beckons, from them I hasten to add not by us........
05 Oct 1976 Queens Park Rangers v Norwich City L 2-3 League Division One Why does that one particularly stick in your mind? Edit: oh, just seen the video.
It was actually on Easter Saturday.........the one in October was from the following season Then on Easter Monday we played Arsenal at home with a 11 am kick off......some rare TV footage of that one below as it wasn't shown on MOTD or The Big Match, but BBC News popped around the corner with a single camera.....
17 Apr 1976 Norwich City v Queens Park Rangers L 3-2 League Division One That'd be the one then. Thanks for the video, a little before my time so good to see it.

I am going to this game because I am having a session with a mate who lives near there. On the train that leaves at 0800 and arrives at 0950 and then watching National and back on the 1830 train. What pub is the best for us away supporters?
Where did you hear that figure ? The official twitter feed says 767 and none available on Saturday......I’m surprised that many are going to be fair.
