Rodgers nay go to LFC....a big move for him imo.. But what of one of the other new young managers you done well last year? Could this be a good move, in order to try and bring happy days to yet another big club? ...................................................... Paul Lambert's representatives are to meet with Aston Villa on Thursday as the Norwich manager looks set to switch to their Premier League rivals. Lambert has emerged as the leading target for the Villa Park vacancy and Sky Sports revealed on Wednesday that the Midlands side were ready to make an official approach. It is understood that the highly-regarded Scottish boss had a row with the Canaries board on Wednesday night, which could hasten his departure for Villa. The Villans have been searching for a new manager following their decision to axe Alex McLeish earlier this month after just one unhappy season at the helm. ...................................................................... If both of these happen, what could become of Swansea and Norwich?
good move by Lambert if he does take the job, with abit of money he can get them going the right way. As for Swansea I said on another thread that Martinez should be the man that goes there as for Norwich, maybe Di Matteo if he doesn't get the Chelsea job?
Shouldnt move, Lambert knows his squad and Randy Lerner is seriously trying to cut back and therefore could be in massive problems spending wise Very bad move imo
I think Swansea is a great job for somebody. I think Lambert would be better served to stick at Norwich, Villa are in such a state, it's a great club, but the wrong time, IMO. Lambert & Martinez are the kind of guys I think we will look at in a few years after MON.
