Quite clearly we are struggling to find a suitable Chief Exec or the one we want has got to serve a notice period where he is currently employed so it makes sense to take steps to get help dealing with the current problems of the transfer window.
My take is that the club realise that mistakes were made last summer and are taking steps to insure it doesn't happen again. Sensible, IMO.
