Just wanted to say I really hope you don't receive a points deduction even if QPR are found guilty. In my opinion the fans are the most important factor of a club and a points deduction hurts the fans more than anyone else. Personally I would not want to win the Championship trophy by default either. As much as I am proud of my teams achievements this year, I can admit QPR have been the best team of the whole season and therefore deserve the trophy. Your players have earned it. This was also my opinion before we secured promotion. Anyway, I wish you the best of luck. I know my words count for nothing but I just wanted you to know there are non QPR fans out there that aren't wishing doom upon your club. You may well deserve a hefty fine though... Anyway congrats on the title, you deserve it. I hope common sense prevails.
Thanks Canaryf1, The more this drags on the more worried I'm getting. Especially hearing that Mark Palios stated today that if found guilty we'll be deducted a minimum of 10 points! Anyway, congratulations on your promotion, you thoroughly deserve it. Haven't been able to escape it today, living in Norfolk as I do! Work, radio, I've heard nothing else! Hopefully, we'll see you at Carrow Road next season, fingers & everything else crossed!
Thanks for that Canary F1. It's a tough one when you think about it isn't it? We all naturally want tops for our teams but being champions by default when history knows the score is harder to swallow. Anyway, I and other Rs left our congrats on your board because there's no denying Norwich's achievements over the last two years. Absolutely massive!! You were the one team I was concerned about, both when our sides met and at times we were stalling in the league. Only just realised that Paul Lambert was Colchester manager on THAT day... Wow, he's got to be nearly as good as Sir Neil!!! Just goes to show what quality gaffers do for you with little money and in no time (take note Mr Jones!).
