    Let me qualify that!
I'm ok with the 'inbred humour', after all, it applies to you as well as us, but to use a photo of a poor little sod crosses the bounds of decency imo

I did read the report, guru, and I do understand the urge to post as you have, whilst appreciating the humour of the post, I just feel that it's at the expense of a poor little boy! <ok>

Hampy, I guess I have a sensitivity the level of which fails to reach the understanding of the Suffolk inbred mind!

I guess I can live with it because I have seen far worse where I live, most trips to Bangkok reveal something that is stomach churning to the average westerner.

At the same time I can understand why some people would feel offended by it but I would also add, that poor little boy will not go through a life of poverty.

I am sure Guru realizes he over stepped the mark and I agree that although we view it as harmless banter it may give cause for complaint from other visitors.

Hampy, I leave it up to you if you decide its distasteful, no probs if you want to delete, i knew it would be near the knuckle. Me personally doesn't find it distasteful because the child is fine he has had an operation to correct everything.

We all have our own lines drawn as to what we are and are not comfortable with. That's the way of life and there is no right or wrong there.

For me, I don't like seeing anything that features a child suffering in any way and, as such, not for me this one.

My thought was just, what a cute little boy, what a horrible thing to happen, and I could also see the funny side because we are forever back and forth on the six fingered thing and this little fella, bless him, upped the ante.

I also concur with Thai - many people in the poorest places can actually make an advantage out of their deformities.

No-one is poking fun at the lad himself here.

I'd like to remind everyone, including non-members, that they can always report a post if they find it offensive and wish it to be removed using the ! in a triangle symbol or alternatively just request it from me. Otherwise I'll leave it up.

Your view on things? Well that must be pretty warped anyway to support the puke-shirted ones, I'm not sure there's much we can do for you I'm afraid. ;)

The only thing i find wrong with this is that they got the name of the disease wrong, it is actually called Budgieitis.
