Anyone likely to qualify under the clubs " loyalty " effort announced on the website? I've been to six away games this season, however I assume this gesture is aimed at season ticket holders who travel to a few away games. Do we have any gold card holders on this site who plan on going? Also, I'm surprised we've been given 2000 tickets, down on previous years. Police request?
Can't go this time, my boy has got his first referee fixture at the Academy that day, he's got Town v Fulham Under 9s.
Turns out I've attended 5. Reading/Bournemouth/Saints/ Bolton and Cardiff. Letter not arrived today. A guy from the South West supporters club thinks he may be able to get us some tickets going through that avenue. Last time I went, was 2008/09 I think. Lost 2-0. Some dude ( name will be familiar when I read it ) scored a thunderbolt from 25 and Lita was moaning to the ref all game. A bit like me when I play! I remember thinking Norwich was a very fun night out however. That was definitely the highlight of the weekend, the night before.
Are we being ripped off? http://www.eadt.co.uk/sport/ipswich..._for_championship_carrow_road_clash_1_3932797 Answers on a postcard!
Haha. Price wise yeah - but people pay it. We SHOULD really adopt the Dortmund fans policy. Schalke tried charging Dortmund and extra 4 euros the other season for the game. MASSIVE derby that. Dortmund responded by sending back 50% of the allocation. Of course in England fans of clubs are so desperate to go to derby matches, the home side could charge £80 and we'd still take the 2000. Likewise Norwich would bring the maximum to us should we charge a similar price.
http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/eng_prem/8986321.stm Okay I was slightly out above. Schalke charged Dortmund 22 euros instead of 13.50 euros the season before. 1500 tickets sent back. That's to watch a top division Bundusliga game between two massive clubs in a massive arena. German's don't stand for it.
