Seems to me that this new guy may well be up to the strikers roll. However, our top 2 on Saturday had possibly 3 chances between them and had zero creativity from any other player on the pitch. When you consider that Fletcher ,Banyan and Lennon were possible targets, why were they allowed to escape the delights of the KC? Any of these could have produced the missing spark we need. Fletcher and Banyon are terriers in midfield and can set up attacks as well. We gave an incipid midfield at best whose first move is to look behind them before off loading the ball back to a defender. I feel we have missed out big style here.
We didnt sign Cuadrado either and I've been on about him for ages. Unbelievable. He'll score on his debut you just watch.
I'm very surprised that we didn't have a back up option for Lennon, it seems mad that we've wasted our loan spot.
