How many of us on here actually couldn't give two hoots? There is absolutely nothing wrong with following a religion or just being a believer without any particular religion.

Like nationality it just breeds intolerance in many people but each to their own.

I take people as I find them (aye, not literally).

I work alongside all manner of nationalities and religions and if they are decent with me then I am decent with them. In fact we also have a transgender here. He was a man and now is a woman. I think that must have taken a hell of a lot of courage to come back especially as Venom I'm sure will agree there are a lot of intolerant arseholes in the Oil business.

I'm an agnostic as well.

No-one at all actually knows the truth about our existence and never will.

Just deal with it and get on with it as this ain't no rehearsal (if you do exist God, I'm swayer).

 

I think people who believe in God are mentally ill.

Not that there's anything wrong with mental illness but just don't ask me to take them seriously. I wouldn't take anyone seriously who told me they believe in pixies and there's as much evidence for their existence as there is for God.

 

I agree with this. I can understand having a belief in God back when things were unknown and impossible to explain.

But nowadays anyone who is in full command of their mental faculties whom believe in an actual God are ****ing idiots who are too afraid of the harsh reality of entropy that they cling to these outdated views.
