Exactly, seen this many times before and also explains why many items get misread. The brain rather than trying to do a calculation or trying to recover from memory, i believe uses a system to recall best explained in the same way as computer cookies and just goes into auto pilot. However, mix a few words rather than letters out of place and the brain has a problem. In the same way it does with communication via texting. Simply because the brain mostly relies on body language or tone of voice, word is the least of these and i think, not sure, only accounts for a very small percent of communication compared to the others. Hence why sometimes if you read something a second time it is interpreted completely different to first read, unless your careful.
