He didn't celebrate apparently. Something not quite right at Newcastle atm. They said Europa Wouldnt effect them but I said it would and I think it is.

We were poor again today (for the 11th league game in a row) and some unhappiness is beginning to be voiced in Pardew's direction by a few on our board (me included).

According to Talksport, the crowd were so quiet it sounded like it was being played behind closed doors.

Newcastle are benefiting from a manager that has been allowed time to build his squad and I'm surprised that there are mutterings of discontent.

It's the style of football more than anything mate. We have the players to play carpet football but for some reason we're going long all the time. If we get a free kick on the halfway line it literally gets punted in to the box every time. It's never knocked short to build from the back. Absolutely dire to watch.

No imagination from corners or set plays. Don't get me wrong it's nowhere near the "Pardew out" stage, not even close. A lot of frustration at a poor start the campaign, it's a bit of a dampened down version of your board (not meant as a negative slant on your lads).

    we were proper garbage today.
on paper we should have turned them over but the game is played on grass unfortunately.
fair play to Nola as well today... he was all over the place and applauded the fans on several occasions.

Nolan showed typical DGB behaviour, scoring against the fans that used to love him. They're so devious they even manage to betray themselves, these Geordie types! ;)
