I agree with the points being made but I won't be signing any petitions or the like, I am hopeful that common sense will prevail and that Rangers will be treated exactly as they deserve.

I personally never lost much sleep when Woolworths vanished from our high streets, I missed them at first but other shops have filled the vacuum. Woolworths are a British Institution and with their passing, tens of thousands of people lost their jobs, sad indeed that people should lose their employment but Woolies was a lame duck where operating costs outstripped profit to such an extent that they simply were no longer viable businesses and so they passed into history.

IF Woolies had not paid VAT or PAYE for a year, had a massive Tax bill pending and owed money to other businesses (with no chance of debts actually being paid) then I doubt many people would have had any sympathy for a much loved retailer,so I don't see why anyone - apart from Gers fans - will feel sorry for anyone connected to Rangers who is in danger of losing their employment due to the huge financial mismanagement (fraud).

They deserve to be treated no differently from any other company and if they have to "reboot" they should feel the full force of apt punishment and be relegated to Div 3 to restart their history.

If Rangers avoid any real punishment for the state they are in and the trouble they have caused other clubs, and can simply ignore their financial problems by writing them off and starting afresh in the SPl what is to stop every club doing the ssame at the end of each season when they have nothing to lose? That's why I don't believe Rangers will get away with it.

Dev Of course I agree with everything you posted especially the last point.
I just don't trust a Cambell Og led SFA to treat Rangers exactly as they should. I think the EBT was his brain-wave, he set that up when he was CE of Rangers. How can he stand over fit and proper punishment for Rangers.
The enquiry into the take over of Rangers by SFA has to be a joke. It is the SFA enquiring into itself.
