    I think if we signed Samba I would weep tears of Joy. Surely one of the 3 has to be a CB and Samba would be my only choice.

    Hoilett and Ki are likely to be the other two, as things stand. But I'm sure there are others on the radar in case these don't happen.

    I think the only way to get Samba would be an initial loan deal. I live in hope!

    He admits he's not happy in Russia, suffered a lot of racial abuse. So it could happen. He would have signed in january had it not been for Blackburn's determination to sell him to anyone but us!

    The fact that his name keeps popping up, does that mean a player can play for 3 clubs in 12 months? I have no idea what the rule is....or a rule even exists. If he signs, this will be the signing of the summer for me.

    I dont think he is allowed but UEFA cam make exemptions, for example If someone signed for Rangers in January they should be allowed to move now. I think they should allow someone to move to get away from racial abuse every week.

    Wow.....I do love all these signings and in no way is this a downer......I just hope adding so many new faces isnt detrimental......whole new team trying to gel etc.

    What about if we find our own "Chris Samba". Would make it even more fun, and cheaper!

    I would like to see us signing a talented CB, like when Everton brought in Lescott from Wolves.

    One player that would top my list is Steven Caulker. Excellent prospect.
