Gary Johnson has been appointed manager of Cheltenham and I'm sure nobody is surprised by the news. I think it fits his personality and I wish him well.

    Your thoughts?

Uncle Pete will have another job.
Seriously, I like Cheltenham and hope GJ keeps them up.

He'll relish going back to YTFC next season, it's written in the stars.

When it comes to "looking for results" Cheltenham is always first after City.. I was looking at them Yesterday 7 games left

It will not be easy 3 home and 4 away but 6 teams are in the mix and 1 win on Saturday will be the game that says YES you have a chance OR SORRY you will be very lucky to be playing Accrington next season. The obvious is they need to be 3 points above Hartlepool and Carlisle and better their GD or 4 pts above Tranmere before the last game!

4 WINS FROM 7 needed Gary so start on Saturday.....................

The idiot Buckle has taken them to the brink.....Why on earth did Cheltenham appoint him ?

Lets hope Johnson can pull them back before the trapdoor opens. Other teams down there like Hartlepool and York are performing well. It's going to be a big ask.

If Tranmere drop they will be the biggest ever non league club ? 4 - 5 years or so ago they were in the second tier.

Nope can't think of anyone else bigger than Tranmere since Luton and Grimsby, that's been relegated to the conference.
