This is tempting fate of course
    Just before our big spree,
But Neil seems to have the ´force´
    On his side, completely

    Yesterday, going behind
    Against a bogey team,
Made him come up with the kind
Of powers to make us beam

    And the players buying in
    To his philosophy,
Played their part in a huge win
    Which proved necessary

Had we failed, we would again
Have dropped from the top six,
That´s just how tight the top end
Is, to stay in the mix

    Jerome, after coming on
    Helped to even things up,
    But even he was outshone
    By a beauty, to sup

Some goals deserve to win games
I think we found one here,
Amid ´Goal of the Year´ claims
    I´m glad Jonno was there

    When he does really connect
They do go straight and true,
He´s found one or two select
This year, out of the blue

So this sets up this weekend
    Nicely, against our foe,
And there´s no need to pretend
We have ´all systems go´ OTBC

PS: A Word On Mr. Cafu

    I was critical of Russ
    In his centre-back role,
    Deeming him easy to suss
And poor to fill the hole

    But alongside Bassong S
    He really looks the part,
So now I have to confess
    At CB he must start

That may say more about Seb
But if that is the case,
    Good we untangled the web
To bring him back to base. :)

Well said RBF, things still running smoothly and long may they continue! I've just watched an after-match interview with him and the beautific smile on his face when he talks about the upcoming derby shows that he knows how important that match is! <ok>

Well coming from where he did in Scotland, Dave, he´s had more than his fill of those, I´m sure - may still get a surprise on Sunday though <laugh>

Super job as ever RBF. As you know I was very wary of this one and particularly going behind I could see us reverting back to 7th or 8th in the table. That comeback now gives us a slight edge as we have a home game to make things even whereas the rest of the pack are away. Happy days!

I was also slightly concerned at half time, although at the same time I was rather chuffed, as I had predicted a 1- 0 half time scoreline in the CPL, great turnaround though, which both boss and players can be delighted with.
