Although only playing a few games, it has got to be between Remy Townsend and Nelsen. Should have an award of some sort, the players need a lift, despite how poorly they've performed as a team. Demoralised players won't help our situation in the long or short term.
I would vote for Bosingwa ... Against the idiotic misunderstanding of both fans and management he has still performed with total composure ... coming from Chelsea and having won two champions league winners medals YES he had a chip and Harold pissed him off ... yet he had to pick him why? He is a very good player and has continued to do his job and win back a few people along the way. He suffered a massive amount of club prejudice coming from the scum and has grown every game. He has shown you all what he can do ... that is a sign of a proper player IMO
We should have categories like Cruffs then pick the overall loser... How about 1. Fattest Moroccan of the year award. 2. Slowest mother ****er on the pitch award. 3. Most useless tosser in the air award 4. Stupidest tackle of the season award 5. Worst shot of the season award 6. The we regret ever signing you in the first place award 7. The most useless bastard who's dad is Ian Wright award 8. The clearly couldn't care less award 9. The most over paid of the year award 10 The least likely to ever get another contract like your on now award... ...
Half Nelsen, I like it. The only players mentioned in a positive light have only played a few games. This renders the POTY moot.
Over the whole year I can only think of 2 decent candidates, Adel and Bosingwa. I'd go with Adel as he's won a couple of games for us.
