It shows Tony's account and shows that he's just started following Leroy Fer on Twitter.

 

All this following sounds a bit sinister to me....

.... unless the first person to be followed, follows the last person (who is following the second to last person who is...etc) and they can all walk around in circles. Possibly with magnifying glasses like that guy out of Pigeon Street. That sounds more pleasant.
