Did you know, that's actually a 'thorn' which is something roses don't actually have, and violets are not ****ing blue no matter what that poem says.

In Oscar Wilde's famous work, "The Nightingale and the Rose," a nightingale pierces its breast on a rosethorn so the lover may have a red rose for his beloved." No doubt you will say there are no thorns sticking out of the actual rose flower. I always thought violets were violet personally (or myself).

It looks as if Charlton has finally got a new owner, a Danish/USA businessman. They seem to have had 2 or 3 parties interested to buy the club, whereas we still cannot find anyone.
