Reading today how Chansiri has bought Hullsborough for £60 m, and Mel Morris has bought Pride Park for £80m, both in bids to wriggle out of FFP rules. Both of these grounds are massively overpriced and are essentially deals where the football club sells its ground to the owner of the football club. Football is ****ed with bent owners bending the rules under the averted eyes of the FA/EFL.

The club no longer owns its stadium and the owner can't sell it to a new owner at a workable price, without it being an open admission that it was a fiddle, something they're already being investigated for.
If he can get Derby County, including the stadium, for £60million, which is the more attractive proposition, them or us?
