http://www.gillinghamfootballclub.com/page/NewsDetail/0,,10416~2396947,00.html Couldn't help notice that hessy said; "I don't know whether we will have another assistant manager, it would more likely be another coach" Interesting stuff! I feel this is pointing toward's a Head Coach being apointed rather than assistant manager. Thoughts?
hess says he'd call himself more of a manager than a coach...hence he's just saying about the fact of him being around the squad everyday on the training ground is more than likely not for the best, it would make more sence him bringing in a full time coach...then in the build up to match days join in training! plus it will give hess more time to do other important stuff within the club! also saying the club have had a quite a few cv's for the job!
