Please, lets all decide not to read the rubbish tabloids and even smarmier broadsheets, that report has been robbie keane will sign for thr R's.

I am going to listen to only pros for him joining, so if you have any stats about him like he probably has another 2 years of PL in him,
if he is so good, why isn't he playing 1st team footy at his parent club?
why is that a player that has been loaned out since last year has such a high wage packet?
I know the answers to all of these - its because he is rubbish - so there!!!!

    So sell him to me.

Another 2 international goals for Ireland, 51 in total. Keane is a good honest pro and certainly back in form for Ireland. I think that it is laughable that we are so fussy ans would so easily dismiss Keane.

    Redknapp Autos presents:

Pssst! Oi, you, wanna buy a striker? Got a lovely Keane one, 15 owners, low mileage, runs all day, scored twice yesterday against defenders registered with the Blind League...to you just £5 million plus £65k a week, absolute bargain, on me muvver's life...tell you what, I'll throw in a MkIII Jenas for £7 million as well, lovely runner, hardly used...

    OK
Go to page 9 (top right corner) scroll down to "Robbie Keane..no smoke without fire",select post by Gloucester ranger, all the stats are there (except last 5 international goals in 3 games).
Of course the defenders were ropey in those games but he still needed to be sharp and hungry to get them.
and there still remains the question of money....
    A years loan perhaps?

In my opinion (for what it's worth) he'd be a good signing to get us established in the top flight. Obviously not a long term solution, but if we could get a couple of seasons out of him, it'd be good business.

I can't see him taking such a drop in wages and his PL form was pants last season, too high risk...

From what i have read it would be a loan. personally, after what happened at West Ham, and the fact harry has dropped him, I think that Robbie keane HAS something to prove to both clubs. NW Has always managed to get the best out of players (Leon Clarke didn't work and Hulse has never really been fit) and I reckon a loan on a pay as you play deal would suit all parties.

However £7 mill for Jenas is about £6 1/2 mill to much

So, he is in the twilight of his career, he is expensive, he had a dodgy last season and helped WHU into the championship to boot.

I would rather try and sign anelka over keane......all day long

Just heared on SSN that keane was full on painkillers, and is now dropped against Italy, as he is still injured.
Nah.....not for me...not for my QPR.
