We are going to be paying for the Clueless one for many years to come I'm afraid.

I presume that this refers to those who are on a season long loan, ie Barton.

DJ is only on loan until 5th January and will return unless deal is extended or move made permenant.

He said Young is coming back into the 25, if we add DJ then who do we drop? Ill assume one will be Ephraim whos 18th in line for a midfield spot and played all of 0 minutes.

It would be a logical thing to do.

Were still paying for Warnocks errors in signing Barton and SWP 2 years ago.

We could easily been in League 1 without Colin.

On the basis that the AJ place is taken by a brought-in striker, I guess it would be Hogan who goes.

And we could be in the top half on the PL now if we never had him.

Im stating facts while you are guessing.

I think we need DJ plus a bought in striker plus a CB or 2. Theres going to be some tough choices as at minimum we are going to have DJ, CB, CF and Young back. We can safely say AJ and Ephraim are gone which leaves 2 to sell or leave out.

You got your "facts" screwed up somewhere there then mate! We would probably be mid-table in the PL now if we had kept him, possibly top half. If we never had him probably League I, or Championship at best. Reasoned, deep analysis of trends and upcoming purchasing power a year ago, give these "facts". In Colin we trust (and Arry!)

How are they screwed up? Its a fact we are lumbered with SWP and Barton and we will still have them 2 years after they signed. Everything you wrote was speculation.

We'll get an idea in the next few weeks whom Harry favours - but I'd say one or more of Ferdinand, Onouha and Bosingwa may be found to be expendable in defence, and Dyer and SWP in midfield. A lot depends on what Harry can get out of them during December

Getting SWP and Ferdinand out of the 25 would be just as good as signing a player for me. It would be a huge relief that they cant damage us any more.
