double-standards. favouritism. racism. pick your own opinion but i feel the FA were out for LFC' scalp whichever way that "issue" was handled. that "issue" is never gonna go away until some blokes in the FA who have refused to see to such issues objectively are made to leave the FA.

How can Scudamore say last month that it was policy for the handshakes to take place and then change his mind? He knew this game was coming up when he made the statement? This is just yet another example of favouritism.

The OP states the FA three times and says they are after Liverpool's scalp, hence why I mention them. The Premier League is also under FA jurisdiction and have overuling power.
Not quite right Yuri. The FA's 'power' is strictly defined and does not cover things like this. This is purely a Prem league decision.

Oh dear, indeed. The comparison is ridiculous. But only to be expected, I suppose. Deflection is a common, though transparent, tactic when trying to defend the indefensible.
Because Suarez is plainly not a "thug". If you'd called him an irritating, devious little whinger I'd accept that as your opinion. But thug, to me, means someone who is violent and bullying and I wouldn't call him that at all.
