No club football but still a disappointing weekend?

We have a weeks rest from footy in the EPL but I am still left with a heavy heart this morning due to the hapless performance of England footballers on Friday night and that thick as pigs ****, fat, bald arsehole Rooney and of course the desperately disappointing Rugby game between us and the snail munchers yesterday morning. Bloody Frogs.

You would think that being a Sunderland fan I could handle these kinds of results, set backs and disappointing performances but to be honest, they still hurt.

    Bloody sports eh? Lol

Anyone else feel a bit low about our national sports this morning?

This is what following England's all about. You'd be dissapointed if they won everything and made it look easy! ;)

That's part of the fun of being a NE football fan. You complain when it's bad, but you can complain just as much when it's good!

I'm not sure about this criticism of rooney. He was blessed with a god given football talent but not much of a brain. Maybe we have to accept he'll screw up now and again.

This is the bit I find a bit hypocritical though. If he played for Sunderland, and turned in the performances he's done for United this season, would anyone come on here and call him a fat, bald arsehole ?

England football team done what they had to do, get a draw to go through top, and i would rather have Montenegro at 2012 (if they get through the playoffs anyway) than Switzerland, yes it wasnt a great performance, but it wasnt the end of the world either.

Rugby i dont care about at all, never been able to get into it, but i love the NFL, weird.

It's that ball they play with that gets me - it looks like a dick with the end blocked up!
