I've just watched the 'arry interview after the match and what a difference! Nigel lost (ie no points), against his old employers and still seemed as upbeat as we all knew him. Poor old Harry is ready to drown his sorrows and ready for relegation after getting a point! Now we have moved on (thought I'd make that clear), but how refreshing to hear Nigel talk about staying positive etc, rather than Harry's stupid self indulgence.....
I've just one word that sums up the main difference between them...Integrity....Nigel has it in spadeloads, 'Arry has none
'Arry said that it was a 'must-win'. They had the win in their hands and threw it away by losing their bottle. Shame!
Although Nigel didn't leave under the best circumstances, it's preferable that he was sacked and didn't leave our club for a bigger job. Regardless of how unhappy he may be, we have a former manager who will always be remembered positively which is a rare thing in football these days.
