Bad move, I am still completely behind Nigel Pearson at our club short term and long term. He took our club from League 1 and left us in the Premier League. He broke many records here and will go down as a Leicester legend IMO There's only 1 Nigel Pearson
I wish it was but more sources are now reporting this. I think its a really bad move Even if we got relegated I would have stuck by Nigel Pearson
Sorry, my double posting isn't down to sheer exasperation. Well, kind of. What the **** are we going to do now?!
i hold him as our bets ever. Not only did he take us up from L1, but he did so with a sinking ship at the time and has left us with some unbelievable foundations.
I'm absolutely gutted. I'd have stuck with him even if we didn't get another point this season. Everything about him was perfect for Leicester City, he was always going to get it right. Our club has improved two or three fold in his second stay with us. He was exactly what we needed post-Sven. Good luck Nigel, you'll be back in the Premier League before long. I have no doubt about that.
NBC is saying it isnt your league position thats caused it. They are saying that it is the confrontation on the sidelines on Saturday was the last straw after what occurred earlier in the season with the fan. They also implied similar things have been going on with him in the locker room.
Lads, that sh*t on the sideline yesterday was that of a man at breaking point. Maybe the players have been sensing him starting to crack and that's why he's gone. Never nice to see though.
Totally agree, even if we did go down I think we would have stood a great chance of bouncing back and Pearson would have learnt from his mistakes and we would have done a lot better. We have been so close but so far this season. I think Pearsons faith in the time has ultimately been his downfall
I don't believe that an organisation as big as NBC would be so ridiculous. We lost 1-0 at home to Palace and are rock bottom. Results are clearly the problem.
Hull fans keep saying this. If you think that having a laugh with someone is 'the sign of breaking point' then it's grimmer up north than I thought.
I didnt like to see the confrontations as it showed the pressure was clearly getting to him and it was out of character. What a great guy and i wish him all the best i really do - an absolute hero of the club. Who knows, maybe its not the last time.
That spat with McArthur was complete nothing what so ever. Pearson was playing and McArthur said something which Pearson took offence to Had Pearson done something you really think neither the 4th official or Alan Pardew who was standing right next to it would just stand there and do nothing?
