Hi all. Nigel has been interviewed by Mark Clemmitt for Football Focus, you can see it here: http://news.bbc.co.uk/sport1/hi/football/15126250.stm. Not sure how they kept it down to 7 minutes.
I love Nigel (in a manly way) If he told me to run through walls... I would. If he told me to jump off a cliff... I would. If he told me to go down... I'd tell him that was too far, although I'm rather flattered and somewhat curious.
Clemmit the frog is a bit annoying, but Nigel was as good as I expected. Pure quality that man. On The Bus.
"Every morning you get up, get out of bed, go to the curtains, pull back the curtains and say "morning world, good to be alive". His enthusiasm is just awesome. The man is a legend.
OMG he is a legend. Question "what is the bigget name on your mobile phone?" Answer: "Nokia" Best Quote: "I've got the greatest job in the world" Oh yes I think I love him too!
Thanks for the link qwerty. He is a legend. had me in stitches aswel 'if you could do one thing this afternoon ehat would it be' ? 'Make love to my wife' lol love it
If he isn't winning on crack, he's one happy man. This really cheered me up. England needs more managers like him!
That man would have a disarmingly cheerful opinion on anything. Nigel Adkins, on being wrongfully convicted of a crime: Well, it's not the result that we had been hoping for, but you're not going to win every one. Sometimes you do everything you can, but the result goes against you. I would like to congratulate the prosecution for a case well-fought; they really put us on the back foot with the attacks on my character, and my defense just did not have the answer on this day. I'm still confident that we'll learn from this and come back stronger than ever for the appeal. In my case, I mean that literally...I plan to make this experience a positive by seizing the opportunity to utilize the extensive weight room at the prison.
Yeah I just watched it, was quite amusing but also much more interesting than the usual banal responses. He has the brilliant mix of Strachan and Hoddle idealisms with both fitness and psychological positivity key to our progression. My only slight concern is his dabbles in the transfer market, but then there was Cork so...
