Would love to be there tomorrow unfortunatly got to work but i will be keeping updated with events and cheering the boys on from work. Really want to win as i'm going to everton next week and would love us to go there on the back of a win. coys.
Well done Lamb. I'm finally getting used to being able to see these Saints Player links. Good interview by Nigel. He the physical embodiment of the antidote to overly negative posters on here. You can tell he knows what level of defence, midfield, attack, in the quality of the players he has. If he is deficient in one area, there is bugger all he do about it until January, so he gets on with it, and aims to make the current players he has the best they can be, as a team.
Wedding anniversary this weekend so will miss going, but I will keep upto date with our first win of the season via skysports on me phone....3-0.
That's hardly an excuse... my little sister just given birth to first child in Plymouth. The only way I've agreed to go down is if we go down late tonight. Stay for two hours saturday am and then zip along to Southampton in time for the game Edited to say "serves you right for getting married in the football season... July anniversary for me!"
Even though we have been together for 10 years this will be the first anniversary, and yes when we booked the wedding I wanted mid July but because of availability at the chosen hotel I was bullied into a September wedding.....but because my wife knows of my love for all things saints instead of paper I am getting the new away shirt to go with the new home shirt.
Was thinking or running a competition to see how many Niigelisms people could spot in that 10 min interview! Together as one, line drawn etc. etc..
We could be bottom of the table in January and he'll still be positive! I'm thinking he's been drugged in his childhood and is forever infected
The very lovely Mrs Godders and I married in August as I used to play every Saturday in the season. In those days it was either the church or the Registar's Office and you certainly couldn't get married on a Friday as seems to be popular these days as you would probably be sacked.
