I've seen those highlights several times but it's the first time I realised that SKD saved that with his boat!

The club has never been so complete as a unit since I've been a saints fan! (6 ish years), and I'm loving it!!

Every interview of Nigel's that I watch, I can't help but smile. What a man! Even the way he usually waves when the Northam sing, without taking his eyes off of the match. Brilliant.

Set aside the fact that he has done so well for us he just seems like a great uncomplicated bloke. I was a bit gutted to be honest when Pardew went because to be fair he did a good job and at the time i was looking forward to some stability and i thought here we go again. But by comparison Nigel has much more personality his sayings are legendry he is so enthusiastic the words come rapid fire and purposeful and i would be happy to work for him in any walk of life

Whoever said that nice guys can't be winners?....What NA is building here is a an inclusive club where everyone is invited to join the bus, along the same lines that Fergie has built at Manure. The difference is that he hasn't built a 'seige mentality' where anyone outside the club is an enemy. Nigel has done it through his sheer infectious enthusiam for his job, everyone believes in him and his impressive win ratio backs up people's faith in him. It is so refreshing in the cynical world of professional Football to find a Manager that doesn't always take the line of, "we were robbed" or "the Ref was against us" and it comes across how much he enjoys his job.

The worst thing he has said about a ref (in public) was that he had an interesting game, though he got a bit agitated at the Leeds game. Not being a person who slags refs off on a regular basis may help if he ever has to appeal a red card for a player (not Chaplow's, though).
