No I didn't know that, just goes to show how modest a person Nigel is that we didn't know! He only failed to win the season award by one point, pipped by Sir Alex. He was ahead of Gus Poyet in both the last quarter and the season award, which is nice. Saints will have to start letting in less goals and keeping more clean sheets if he is to win the award this season though!
