Nor am I, but as you say, Nicky was the real deal. Had to admit, when I first saw him years ago, back in the early 2000s I wasn't convinced. But he more than made up for any last 'nth of skill by his commitment to the cause. A great 2006 MotoGP champion, and what a year that was.
