    Currently on Sky featured game playing for Walsall - seems to be doing ok.

    Also Jon Witney Walsalls physio.

    I watched John Welsh earlier(Preston v MK Dons), he still looks half decent.

    Featherstone was at Ferriby with Walsall's reserves t'other night. I guess he'd taken the opportunity to get back to Goole to see his folks. Is Whitney the bloke with the bald head and goatie beard on the touchline in the grey tracky. If it is, he was in charge of the reserves on Wednesday as well.

    I think that guy you are referring to must be their coach or asst manger (older guy) - Witney came onto the pitch first half and attended to that young Belgian lad.

    Featherstone neat and tidy playing defensive midfield - looked ok without being spectacular.

    Agree OLM about Welshy - should be playing at Championship level. Tranmere cracking start to the season - never so that coming from them albeit Ronnie Moore is a good manager at that level.

    for what its worth, the lad Chambers and Fabian (Summat) both played 45 mins on Wednesday also
